What changed

  • Global skill metadata renders per target, while shared skill directories keep neutral frontmatter (#1150).
  • readonly: true puts Codex agents in the read-only sandbox; targets that drop it report a coverage note (#1149).
  • Personal specs in $AGNOSTIC_AI_HOME/local/ override shared specs, and list --global shows their layer (#1153).
